Better Earthing Day & Night Bundle products are designed to easily connect to the Earth’s natural energy right from your home. With a straightforward setup, you simply plug the fabric earthing mat and the earthing pillowcase into a standard power outlet using a specially designed Better Earthing adapter. The metal pin in the adapter connects to the earth slot in the outlet, allowing the Earth’s electrons to flow through the product. This process helps balance your body’s electrical charge, supporting your overall well-being.

Our earthing products come with essential protective features such as 50,000 Ohm resistor and fine fuse-like wires. These components are designed to safeguard you in the event of a power surge. Product Testing

To make sure your earthing product is functioning as it should, you can use an autorange multimeter, which can be purchased separately on our website. First, measure the electrical voltage in your body before grounding, then take another measurement while grounded. You should notice a significant reduction in the AC electricity absorbed from nearby electronics and wiring once you’re grounded. This simple test shows how grounding helps to minimise the extra electrical charge your body accumulates from surrounding devices and cables. Our autorange multimeter comes with an easy-to-follow guide and a custom 2-meter extension lead for convenient testing.

What Is Included?

Each Better Earthing product comes with a straight lead and an AU/NZ Better Earthing adapter for indoor use. If you’re based outside of AU/NZ, just let us know, and we’ll include an adapter suited to your region, such as Type B for Japan, Thailand, and the USA, Type F for Indonesia, or Type G for Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Better Earthing Pillowcase

Dimensions	Standard: 50cm x 70cm King: 50cm x 90cm

Care Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Washing Frequency	Use as an inner pillowcase and wash every 1-2 months to avoid the build-up of hair and body oils that can act as a barrier to conductivity and reduce earthing strength until washed out. Pre-soak every 2nd wash in an oxy soaker or oxidizing soaker to help remove oils. Oxidiser soakers are okay as our Stainless Steel fibre does not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it with degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time reduce its effectiveness.
Stainless steel & nickle	Please note if you have an allergy to nickel in stainless steel or to 9 or 14-carat gold, then avoid direct skin contact. Note this product is designed as an underlay and no skin contact is required.

Fabric	This Custom Fabric is made from surgical grade 316L solid stainless steel fibres (30%), cotton (35%) and polyester (35%) for toughness and durability. Felt Composition (1mm thick): German-made natural mineral fibre that is antimicrobial and antibacterial (12%), Tencel (68%), Polyester (20%).
Care Instructions	Machine wash on gentle with low spin to retain shape. Can be soaked in any clothes detergent. Stainless steel fibre is NOT affected by general clothes washing detergents should they contain some bleach or whiteners. Can be ironed on low / synthetic heat setting with steam.
