What Is Included
Better Earthing Fitted Bedding Bundle comes with straight lead for the underlay and coiled leads for the pillowcases and fabric grounding mat, as well as AU/NZ Better Earthing adapters for indoor grounding. Our Fabric Grounding Mat is made with stainless steel, cotton and polyester for extra durability.

Fabric Appearance	This fabric is light grey and feels like linen. It is designed as an underlay, for use with your favourite sheets (cotton or any natural fibre).
Washing Instructions	Gentle Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. We suggest presoaking beforehand in an Oxidiser soaker. This helps prevent the build-up of body oils, which act as a barrier to good conductivity and can reduce earthing strength until washed out. Oxidising soakers will not damage this fabric as our Stainless Steel fibre will not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it will degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time will reduce its effectiveness. Do not hand wash only as this will not remove body oils built up over time.
Washing Frequency	Every 6 months.
Drying Instructions	Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Stainless steel & nickle	Please note if you have an allergy to nickel in stainless steel or to 9 or 14-carat gold, then avoid direct skin contact. Note this product is designed as an underlay and no skin contact is required.

Care Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Washing Frequency	Use as an inner pillowcase and machine wash (on gentle setting) every 1-2 months to avoid the build-up of hair and body oils that can act as a barrier to conductivity and reduce earthing strength until washed out. Do not hand wash as this will not adequately remove body oils built up over time. Pre-soak every 2nd wash in an oxy soaker or oxidizing soaker to help remove oils. Oxidiser soakers are okay as our Stainless Steel fibre does not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it with degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time reduce its effectiveness.

Fabric	This Custom Fabric is made from surgical grade 316L solid stainless steel fibres (30%), cotton (35%) and polyester (35%) for toughness and durability. Felt Composition (1mm thick): German-made natural mineral fibre that is antimicrobial and antibacterial (12%), Tencel (68%), Polyester (20%).
Care Instructions	Machine wash on gentle with low spin to retain shape. Can be soaked in any clothes detergent. Stainless steel fibre is NOT affected by general clothes washing detergents should they contain some bleach or whiteners. Can be ironed on low / synthetic heat setting with steam.
