Earthing Fitted Bedding Bundle products allow you to tap into the Earth’s natural energy through your home’s grounding system. Setting it up is simple—just plug the mat into a regular power outlet using a specially designed Better Earthing adapter with a metal pin that connects to the earth slot in the outlet. This connection enables the Earth’s electrons to flow through the earthing product, helping to balance your body’s electrical charge and support overall well-being.

For added peace of mind, the earthing products are equipped with key safety features, including a 50,000 Ohm resistor and fine fuse-like wires. To make sure your earthing product is functioning correctly, you can use an autorange multimeter, available for purchase separately from our store. Begin by measuring the electrical voltage in your body before grounding, then take a second reading while you’re grounded. You should observe a notable decrease in the AC electricity your body absorbs from surrounding electronics and wiring once you’re grounded. This straightforward test highlights how grounding reduces the excess electrical charge your body accumulates from nearby devices and cables. Our autorange multimeter includes a user-friendly guide and a custom 2-meter extension lead for easy testing.

What Is Included
Better Earthing Fitted Bedding Bundle comes with straight lead and an AU/NZ Better Earthing adapter for indoor grounding. If you’re located outside of AU/NZ, simply leave us a note, and we’ll provide an adapter that fits your country, such as Type B (Japan, Thailand, USA), Type F (Indonesia), or Type G (HK, Singapore, Malaysia).

Fabric Appearance	This fabric is light grey and feels like linen. It is designed as an underlay, for use with your favourite sheets (cotton or any natural fibre).
Washing Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. We suggest presoaking beforehand in an Oxidiser soaker. This helps prevent the build-up of body oils, which act as a barrier to good conductivity and can reduce earthing strength until washed out. Oxidising soakers will not damage this fabric as our Stainless Steel fibre will not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it will degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time will reduce its effectiveness.
Washing Frequency	Every 6 months.
Drying Instructions	Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Stainless steel & nickle	Please note if you have an allergy to nickel in stainless steel or to 9 or 14-carat gold, then avoid direct skin contact. Note this product is designed as an underlay and no skin contact is required.

Care Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Washing Frequency	Use as an inner pillowcase and wash every 1-2 months to avoid the build-up of hair and body oils that can act as a barrier to conductivity and reduce earthing strength until washed out. Pre-soak every 2nd wash in an oxy soaker or oxidizing soaker to help remove oils. Oxidiser soakers are okay as our Stainless Steel fibre does not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it with degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time reduce its effectiveness.
