Earthing Universal Bedding Bundle products let you connect to the Earth’s natural energy right from your home. Setting them up is super easy—just plug the mat into a regular power outlet using our specially designed Better Earthing adapter. This adapter has a metal pin that connects to the earth slot in the outlet, allowing the Earth’s electrons to flow through the mat and help balance your body’s electrical charge, supporting your overall well-being.

For your safety, our earthing products come with built-in features like a 50,000-ohm resistor and fine fuse-like wires. These are there to protect you in case of a power surge. Product Testing

To check that your earthing product is working properly, you can use an autorange multimeter, which you can buy separately from our store. Start by measuring the electrical voltage in your body before you’re grounded, then take another reading while you’re grounded. You should see a clear drop in the AC electricity your body picks up from nearby electronics and wiring once you’re grounded. This simple test shows how grounding helps reduce the extra electrical charge your body absorbs from devices and cables around you. Our autorange multimeter comes with an easy-to-follow guide and a custom 2-meter extension lead to make testing a breeze.

What Is Included

Every Better Earthing product comes with a straight lead and an AU/NZ adapter for indoor grounding. If you’re outside of AU/NZ, just let us know, and we’ll include the right adapter for your country, like Type B for Japan, Thailand, and the USA, Type F for Indonesia, or Type G for Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Our Better Earthing Universal Underlay and Pillowcases, made with stainless steel filament, come with a 3-Year warranty that covers repair or replacement if there are any manufacturing defects. They’re also guaranteed to work effectively when you follow the setup and care instructions.

Better Earthing Universal Underlay

Dimensions	The conductive fabric is: 90cm (35 inch) wide, or 140cm (55 inch) wide and 200cm (78 inches) long.
Includes	Better Earthing Universal Underlay, Better Earthing Adapter, Better Earthing Straight Lead(if you prefer a coiled lead please leave a note in the checkout), Product Guide, Set-Up Guide.
Fabric Appearance	This fabric is light grey and breathable and soft like linen. It is designed as an underlay, for use with your favourite sheets (cotton or any natural fibre).
Washing Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. We suggest presoaking beforehand in an Oxidiser soaker. This helps prevent the build-up of body oils, which act as a barrier to good conductivity and can reduce earthing strength until washed out. Oxidising soakers will not damage this fabric as our Stainless Steel fibre will not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it will degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time will reduce its effectiveness.
Washing Frequency	Every 6 months.
Drying Instructions	Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Stainless steel & nickle	Please note if you have an allergy to nickel in stainless steel or to 9 or 14-carat gold, then avoid direct skin contact. Note this product is designed as an underlay and no skin contact is required.

Better Earthing Pillowcase

Dimensions	Standard: 50cm x 70cm King: 50cm x 90cm
Includes	Better Earthing Pillow Case with Stainless Steel Fibre, Better Earthing Adapter and Coiled Lead, Product Guide
Care Instructions	Machine wash with warm to hot water to help remove body oils. Line dry in the sun or shade. Final drying in a tumble-dryer on low is okay. Do not dry clean.
Washing Frequency	Use as an inner pillowcase and wash every 1-2 months to avoid the build-up of hair and body oils that can act as a barrier to conductivity and reduce earthing strength until washed out. Pre-soak every 2nd wash in an oxy soaker or oxidizing soaker to help remove oils. Oxidiser soakers are okay as our Stainless Steel fibre does not oxidise. Do not use Bleach as it with degrade the antibacterial fibre and over time reduce its effectiveness.
