Shipping within Australia

Products are shipped between Monday and Friday within Australia, except on public holidays, at a flat rate of $10.00 regardless of quantity or weight.

We ship via Fastway, Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Your parcels will be tracked and will need to be signed for. We’ll notify you via email with your tracking number and link to the courier company’s parcel track and trace page so you can see the progress of your delivery.

If your paid order is received by 5 pm Queensland time, we dispatch the next business day. Delivery times are usually 1 to 3 business days to major cities on the Australia east coast, and up to 8 business days for all other Australian locations. If you need your goods urgently, please select Express Delivery (flat $20 cost). Note our Non Express shipping (Fastway) is the fastest way to Brisbane, Gold Coast, and 80% of the time reaches Sydney next day (same speed as Aust Post Express)

Express Shipping to New Zealand

Products are shipped to New Zealand from our Australian warehouse between Monday and Friday, except on public holidays, at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD regardless of quantity or weight.

Usual delivery times from dispatch (which is the next business day after payment) are 3 business days to your door.

NZ orders are GST exempt and your GST-free price will display once you enter your NZ shipping address in the check-out.

We ship via express EMS. We’ll notify you via email with your tracking details so you can track the progress of your delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We’ve put a lot of time and care into the design and manufacture of our products and if for some reason there is a problem or you need to return something, just let us know.

1-Year Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee on all Better Earthing products. If you’re not satisfied with your products for any reason, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help you. If we can’t, we’ll refund your money. All we ask is that you give our products a fair go.

To qualify for a refund, products must be undamaged and in good working order with all cables and accessories, along with a copy of your purchase invoice. As per our care instructions, Better Earthing Sleep Systems must NOT have been damaged from washing with detergents containing bleach, whiteners, or oxidisers, as they oxidise the silver in the fabric and reduce the product’s conductivity and Earthing effectiveness. Once received and checked, we’ll promptly refund your invoice value of the goods excluding the shipping cost on the invoice. We ask that you cover the freight cost of returning the goods to us. 2 Year Warranty

We pride ourselves on producing quality, long-lasting goods. That’s why we’ve chosen high-quality components and decided to manufacture or assemble Better Earthing products in Australia to Australian standards. We give a 2-Year Repair or Replace Warranty on most of our products (including accessories) with a few exceptions. Better Earthing Mats comes with a 5-Year warranty. Better Earthing silver/tencel pillowcase, wraps and sleep pads come with a 1-Year warranty. Our warranty covers any defects that may inhibit your Better Earthing products from Earthing effectively – on the basis that they are used and cared for in accordance with the care instructions in the Better Earthing product guide included with all products. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that may appear after normal use and washing that do NOT affect the product’s Earthing effectiveness.

If you need to return your products under warranty, our friendly support staff will guide you on how to do this and issue you with a return authority reference so we can handle your warranty promptly.

For customers in Australia, we ask that you initially cover the freight cost to return the product or any parts to Better Earthing for replacement or repair. On inspection, if we find the product is faulty, we’ll reimburse your return freight cost and cover the cost to return the products to you.

For customers in New Zealand and elsewhere, we ask that you cover the freight cost to return the product or any parts to Better Earthing in Australia for replacement or repair. On inspection, if we find the product is faulty, we will cover the freight cost to return the repaired or replaced goods to you.

Better Earthing handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
