Shipping within Australia

Products are shipped between Monday and Friday within Australia, except on public holidays, at a flat rate of $10.00 regardless of quantity or weight.

We ship via Fastway, Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Your parcels will be tracked and will need to be signed for. We’ll notify you via email with your tracking number and link to the courier company’s parcel track and trace page so you can see the progress of your delivery.

If your paid order is received by 5 pm Queensland time, we dispatch the next business day. Delivery times are usually 1 to 3 business days to major cities on the Australia east coast, and up to 8 business days for all other Australian locations. If you need your goods urgently, please select Express Delivery (flat $20 cost). Note our Non-Express shipping (Fastway) is the fastest way to Brisbane, Gold Coast, and 80% of the time reaches Sydney next day (same speed as Aust Post Express)

Express EMS Shipping to New Zealand

Normal delivery time is 2 to business 3 days to your address from dispatch. Dispatch is same or next business day after your order is placed.

Products are shipped to New Zealand from Australia by EMS Express every business day for a flat $20.00 AUD regardless of quantity or weight. EMS is a premium service delivered by New Zealand Post to NZ any address or Post Office Box. Tracking is emailed to you on the day of dispatch. Your goods are covered for any loss up to the point they delivered or signed for.

Importing Better Earthing products & customs into New Zealand – From Dec 1, 2019

Effective from Dec 1, 2019 after the new import rules for Low Value Goods under NZ$ 1,000 commenced.

When entering your order online and you enter a New Zealand shipping address, all our website prices will reduce by 1/11th and become Australian GST free. Prices on our website are shown in AUD $.

All shipments UNDER NZ $1,000 (about $930 Australian) for our ‘Made in Australia’ goods are NZ customs and GST free. There are no import costs payable.

For shipments OVER NZ $1,000, you will need to pay your regular NZ 15% GST, plus an import entry fee (we understand to be $55) to the NZ Customs Department.  NZ Post will notify you of the payment details required before the goods are dispatched to you from NZ post.  So final prices will be similar to what they would be if stocked in NZ.

Also for shipments over NZ$ 1,000  there is NO 5% duty (tariff) on Australian made goods into NZ, nor NZ made goods into Australia under an ANZ trade agreement.

Returns and Refunds

We’ve put a lot of time and care into the design and manufacture of our products and if for some reason there is a problem or you need to return something, just let us know.

If you wish to return any UN-USED perfect condition products within 3 months of purchasing, we’ll refund the cost of the items in full, less our shipping costs.

1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your earthing products within a whole year of purchasing, we’ll refund you all, or the larger part of what you paid (details below). Any goods returned on this basis can be well-used so long as they are in good working order and have a return authority reference.

Of your total order/s value, we’ll refund 100% of the first AUD$200 plus 50% of each $ you spend over $200 on goods that you are not satisfied with and wish to return. This refund does not include bulk or quantity discounts or shipping costs. You can see our Guarantee page for refund $ amount examples.

The first step is to contact us and allow us a chance to help. Most times if good results are not achieved, the earthing strength is either too weak or too strong for your individual needs. We touch on how to change the earthing strength in our ‘New to Earthing – Experiences You May Have’ guide included with your products. There are also finer product tips we can talk about by phone. If you still don’t get a good result after trialling any product advice we give, we’ll give you a return authority reference under our 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee.

Please note, your products must be returned undamaged (from washing with incorrect detergents for example, see our care instructions) and in good working order with all leads/cords, accessories and our Return Authority reference. It is OK if your products are damaged through normal use while following our care instructions. Once received and checked, we will issue a refund your invoice value of the goods excluding the shipping cost on the invoice. We ask that you cover the freight cost of returning the goods to us.
